Keith F. Konen is a Vice President with Business
Valuation Advisors LLC ("BVA"). Mr. Konen holds the Chartered Financial
Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. Mr. Konen received a Master of Business Administration
from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with
honors. Mr. Konen has performed
valuations for a variety of purposes including fairness opinions,
transaction advisory services, litigation support, valuations for tax
purposes and employee stock ownership plans, and other studies concerning
intangible assets of both closely held and public companies.

was formed in 1974 as a specialty boutique focused on two service areas:
Valuation and Litigation Consulting.
