Jeff Mills, ASA, is

("BVA"). Mr. Mills specializes in business
valuation and financial consulting. Mr. Mills has directed valuation engagements for a variety
of purposes including fairness opinions, gift and estate tax, income tax, derivative securities, litigation
support, FAS 141/142, and employee stock ownership plans.

was formed in 1974 as a specialty boutique focused on two service areas:
Valuation and Litigation Consulting.
